Hi Auntie Cristelle! It's me, Alyssa. I know I'm still very little and just finding my way in this world, but I already know one very important thing: I am so lucky to have you.
When Mommy and Daddy asked you to be my Godmother, they held their breath a little. And then you said yes. And I think that is one of the most beautiful things that has happened since I arrived.
You are not just a Godmother in name. You said yes to walking beside me through life, to praying for me, to being someone I can look up to as I grow. That means more to our family than words can hold.
Mommy and Daddy are so grateful for you. And one day, when I am old enough to understand, I will be grateful too. Until then, I will just be over here growing and getting ready to meet you at the font. 🕊️
